By Order of the Common founeil of Dulles ity, made and entered on the 12th day of Octo ber, 192, notice is hereby given that said ity ouncil is about to proceed to order and moke Improvements in streets in said city, as herein after stated, and the cost of such improvement will be levied upon the property adjacent there ' tn, and said improvement will be made, unless within fourteen days from the final publication i this notice, the owners of two-thirds of th -property adjacent thereto, shall file their re monstrance against such improvements as by barter provided. The iniprovt ment contemplated and about to be made is as follows, to-wit : To improve Washington, Fnlton aad Larlghlin streets in said city, by constructing a sewer of terra-cottn, from the Columbia river at the foot of said Washington street, and running thence south on suid Washington street, to the junction f said street with Fulton street, and running thence easterly a ong said Fulton street, to the junction of suid Fulton street with faughlin street, aud running thence southerly along said .nughlin street, to the alley next south of Alvord street, said sewer to be of twelve inch terra-ootta pipe from the point of beginning, above men tioned to the alley between Fourth and Fifth ntreeta, and of ten inch terra-cotta pije from said place, to the termination thereof, as above stated ated tbisi'd day of October, KS92.
